I went to Busch Gardens some of the staff really did leave a good impression on me. I still remember one of the workers near a ride line being super patient with us when we had questions, and it made that part of the day feel a lot less stressful. Those little moments stick with you when you’re hot, tired, and just trying to figure out where to go next.
That said, the experience was kind of hit or miss. A few people seemed unsure or just pointed us in a vague direction, so we ended up wandering around confused more than once. It didn’t ruin the day or anything, but I do remember feeling a little frustrated at times. Overall, the staff were nice enough, but it would make a big difference if everyone was a bit more helpful

I had a good time overall, the park itself was nice and the rides were definitely fun. That said, the wait times didn’t feel very accurate, and a few areas got so packed that it was kind of frustrating. I also didn’t notice staff doing much to help manage the crowds. Personally, I’d still say it was worth going, but I’d probably try to visit on a less busy day next time.

We mainly went to see the animals, some parts were really cool. Getting close to the giraffes and birds was probably the highlight for us. But did anyone else feel like a few of the exhibits seemed kind of empty? Some of the encounters were also a little confusing to figure out without having to ask staff. We still had a fun day overall, I just thought it would feel a bit more organized for the price

I booked our tickets through buschgardens.com and the whole process was easy. I accidentally picked the wrong date at first, but customer support helped me get it fixed without any hassle. I did have to wait a bit on chat, but it wasn’t too bad. Once it was sorted, the confirmation email came through right away. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely use the site again

I’m always a little nervous about buying stuff like this because I hate feeling like I got fooled by a “good deal,” but this one turned out to be worth the money. Nothing fancy, just a solid buy for the price.

I went to Busch Gardens and really had a fun time with the rides, but the food was kind of a letdown. I got a burger and it was dry, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.

The drinks felt really overpriced too, especially since the soda was mostly ice. For what we paid, I expected better quality, so next time I’ll probably just eat before going.

The park was really clean today, which I appreciated. The bathrooms were in good shape and the rides looked well kept. That said, the waiting around got frustrating after a while, especially when lines seemed to move slower than expected...

We ended up loving the shows way more than I expected. The kids were laughing nonstop, and it was such a relief to see them having that much fun. We even stayed longer than we planned because everyone was enjoying it so much.
